Role: Security Technical Engineer
Location: London
Salary: £48,000 - £60,000 per annum
Technical Resources are recruiting for an experienced Security Technical Engineers to join our team in London. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge security systems, including Lenel, Genetec, and Gallagher. There is also the potential for career development with training on additional systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and expertise for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of security systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Lenel, Genetec, Gallagher, and other security technologies.
- Conduct occasional site visits for installations and maintenance, including travel to locations outside of London when required.
- Collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure installations are completed efficiently and to specification.
- Maintain detailed records of service work, installations, and maintenance activities
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience working with at least one of the following security systems: Lenel, Genetec, or Gallagher.
- A strong technical background in security systems installation and support.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and project teams.
- Full UK driving license (car allowance or company car provided).
- Willingness to travel for occasional site visits outside of London.
