Role: Security Service Manager
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Company Car + Overtime + 25 days holiday.
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Security Service Manager to join a team in the West Yorkshire area. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a small team of engineers, ensuring high standards of service delivery while also supporting the growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a small team of Security Service Engineers and subcontractors.
- Coordinating jobs and managing the engineer's diaries.
- Ensuring all Risk Assessments and Method Statements are submitted to clients.
- Occasionally providing hands-on support, servicing and maintaining Security Systems.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Previous experience in a Service Manager role.
- A technical background in CCTV, Intruder, and Access Control systems.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
