Role: Security Service Engineer
Location: South East London
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + company vehicle
Technical Resources are recruiting for a versatile Security Service Engineer to provide servicing and reactive maintenance on Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems across London and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer with a broad skill set in the security industry.
Responsibilities:
- Servicing and maintaining Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
- Handling IP & Analogue CCTV systems and basic networking.
- Working on conventional and wireless Intruder Alarm systems.
- Conducting reactive maintenance and fault-finding.
- Providing support for Dual Com monitoring and other communication devices.
- Familiarity with industry standards and NSI codes of practice.
- Maintaining emergency lighting systems.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Extensive knowledge of Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
- Basic networking knowledge with IP and Analogue CCTV systems.
- Experience with Dual Com monitoring and app-based systems.
- Knowledge of all major alarm brands and systems.
- Fire alarm knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with NSI codes of practice and current industry standards.
- A valid, clean UK driving licence.
