Job Title: Security Service Engineer
Location: Greater Manchester
Rate: £220 p/day
We are looking for an experienced Security Service Engineer in Greater Manchester to join a team carrying out routine service and maintenance works on electronic security systems, including Intruder alarms, access control, and small bits of CCTV. This role involves working on both domestic and commercial premises, with occasional fault calls and a focus on key systems like Galaxy and Texacom.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Carry out routine service and maintenance on Intruder alarms, access control, and CCTV systems.
- Work with main panels such as Galaxy and Texacom.
- Address fault calls as required.
- Provide high-quality service for both domestic and commercial premises.
- Ensure that service tasks are completed in a timely manner and to the required standards.
- Assist with any necessary small-scale installations.
Experience required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic security systems maintenance.
- Knowledge of Galaxy and Texacom systems (beneficial).
- IPAF certification is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- No specific qualifications required.
- IPAF certification beneficial.
- Hand tools, power tools, battery testers, steps, and ladders.
