Location: Buckinghamshire

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Car Allowance

Technical Resources are recruiting for an experienced Security Project Manager in Buckinghamshire with a strong background in delivering security system installations. You will be overseeing the planning, budgets, and delivery of security projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Ensure all projects have the correct documentation and commissioning paperwork.
  • Handle any reasonable duties while complying with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate engineers and project staff as required.
  • Compile all O&M information for handover, including certification documentation.
  • Supervise all associated works and staffing on projects.
  • Conduct site visits as necessary to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate projects at various stages, making recommendations to senior management as needed.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Highly proficient in MS 365 and Office applications including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to plan and manage complex projects and work schedules with attention to detail.
  • Prince2 or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems.
  • Professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security technology and relevant standards/codes of practice.
  • Continually develop and maintain relevant professional skills and qualifications.
  • Previous security systems engineering experience is desirable.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate engineers and project teams.
  • Knowledge of the installation of Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder Alarm systems.
  • Experience in ordering equipment and managing labour requirements as per project plans.
