Job Title: Plant Operator - SHEA Gas
Location: Middlesbrough
Rate: £225 p/day
Are you a skilled Plant Operative in Middlesbrough with experience working on Gas sites? We are looking for a dedicated Plant Operative to support the preparation, setup, and maintenance of sites, and ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Support with the preparation, setup, and maintenance of sites.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to meet project requirements.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations on construction sites.
- Excavate areas and dig trenches.
- Operate forward tipping dumper.
- Ensure safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
- Communicate effectively with other team members.
Experience required:
- 5 years’ experience in dumper driver and plant operative roles.
- Experience working on Gas sites.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- SHEA Gas (Essential).
- NPORS / CPCS Forward Tipping Dumper (Essential).
- Manual Handling (Essential).
- Full PPE - Orange flame-retardant overalls unmarked.
- CCNSG Safety Passport or Equivalent (Beneficial).
- HSG47 (Beneficial).
