Job Title: Fire Service Engineer
Location: South London
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a Fire Service Engineer with experience in servicing and remedial works for fire alarms, warden call systems, and emergency lighting? We are looking for a skilled professional to perform servicing and remedial works on both addressable and conventional fire alarm systems across the South London region.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Perform servicing and remedial works on fire alarms, emergency lighting, and warden call systems.
- Work on both addressable and conventional fire alarm systems across the South London region.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
- Provide updates on system conditions and carry out repairs and maintenance.
- Inform the administrator if non-productive hours are encountered, for allocation of job number.
Experience required:
- Must be a competent fire alarm service and maintenance engineer.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- Hand tools, test meters, smoke poles, battery testers.
- Full PPE.
- Steps and ladders.
- Android phone for job tracking.
- FIA 1 and 4 certifications (preferable).
- ECS certification (preferable).
