Fire & Security Service Engineer in West Midlands

Our client is seeking a talented Fire & Security Service Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, installing, and commissioning fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control and CCTV systems for commercial clients.

Job Title: Fire & Security Service Engineer
Location: Coventry, Leicester, Gloucester (with coverage from Bristol to Lincoln)
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 DOE + door to door travel + overtime + call out + Van or Car

Key Responsibilities:

Perform service, installation, and commissioning of fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control and CCTV systems
Covering areas from Bristol to Lincoln, with the base location at Coventry, Leicester, or Gloucester
Participate in the call-out rota, with 1 week in 5 on standby, and a standby payment of £140 per week
Provide excellent customer service to all clients
Complete work in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all relevant standards and regulations are adhered to
Utilize company-provided van or car to travel to work sites

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience as a Fire & Security Service Engineer
Strong technical knowledge of fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control, and CCTV systems
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving license
