Job Title: Fire Project Manager
Location: East London
Rate: £350 p/day
Are you an experienced Fire Project Manager with a background in fire protection systems and data centre environments? We are recruiting for a Fire Project Manager to oversee the installation and commissioning of fire alarm and gas suppression systems within a data centre in East London.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Manage and deliver fire alarm and gas suppression system projects within a data centre environment.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality control.
- Provide technical guidance and problem resolution as required.
Experience required:
- Proven experience managing fire alarm and gas suppression projects.
- Strong understanding of relevant fire safety regulations and standards.
- Experience working within data centre environments (highly desirable).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Relevant qualifications in fire safety, project management, or related disciplines.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- SMSTS/SSSTS certification preferred.
