Role: Fire Installation Manager
Location: North West England - Hybrid setup
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + Bonus + Company Car or Car Allowance
Technical Resources are recruiting for an experienced Fire Installation Manager to join a team in the North West region. In this role, you will manage multiple small works projects and oversee a team of engineers and subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple ongoing Small Works projects (up to £100,000 in value).
- Lead a team of in-house Installation Engineers, subcontractors, and office staff.
- Oversee a Project portfolio of £2m in Small Works.
- Manage your own projects with P&L responsibility.
- Produce accurate and competitive quotations.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Prior experience running Fire Alarm projects or as an Installation Manager.
- Strong technical background in Fire Alarm systems.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
