Job Title: Fire Installation and Small Works Coordinator
Location: London
Rate: £14.90 p/hour
Are you an experienced coordinator with a background in Fire, Security, or M&E industries? Technical Resources are recruiting for a Fire Installation and Small Works Coordinator to oversee fire detection works in London. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling jobs, liaising with clients and engineers, and managing a backlog of projects. This is an office-based role with 5-day week responsibilities.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Coordinating and scheduling small works jobs related to fire detection.
- Liaising with clients and engineers to arrange site access.
- Ordering materials such as parts, cables, etc.
- Managing a backlog of 500 jobs and handling 100 new jobs per month.
- Office-based role working 5 days per week.
Experience required:
- Previous experience in a Fire, Security, or M&E coordinator role.
- Job scheduling experience is essential.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel (to input, move, and add columns to spreadsheets).
