Role: Fire and Security Small Works Project Manager
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Technical Resources are are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Small Works Project Manager to join an expanding team in West Yorkshire.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a range of small commercial projects across the West Yorkshire area.
- Supervise installation engineers and sub-contractors on-site to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure that projects are running on schedule and within budget.
- Provide weekly and monthly project updates while maintaining quality standards on-site.
- Take responsibility for Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings as required.
- Offer technical support to customers and engineers when necessary.
- Manage the handover process to clients at project completion.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience in managing Fire & Security projects.
- A strong technical background in the Fire & Security industry.
- Knowledge of BAFE and FIA standards.
