Role: Fire and Security Small Works Manager
Location: North West England
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + Bonus + Company Car or Car Allowance
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Fire and Security Small Works Manager with a background in Senior Engineer or Project Engineering roles, with experience across Fire & Life Safety, Intruder, CCTV, and Access Control. The role will be a mix of home working, office, and site-based work in the North West.
Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple, ongoing small works projects.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- P&L Responsibility.
- Overseeing and managing a small works team and subcontractors.
- Providing technical support for engineers.
- Leading client and site meetings to ensure smooth project delivery.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- At least 5 years’ experience within the Fire and Security industry.
- Previous experience in a project/works management role or senior technical role.
- Manufacturer training (highly advantageous).
- SMSTS certification (desired).
