Job Title: Fire and Security Small Works Engineer
Location: Yorkshire
Rate: £220 p/day
We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Small Works Engineer to join a team in the Yorkshire region. This role involves adding and replacing devices across fire, access control, CCTV, and intruder systems. While the majority of the work will focus on security systems, fire alarm work will also be involved.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Add and replace devices across Fire, CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder systems.
- Work with systems including:
- CCTV (IP/Analogue – Cathesis beneficial).
- Intruder (Galaxy, Texacom, Scantronic).
- Access Control (Paxton, Pac Net2).
- Fire (Conventional and addressable alarms).
Experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working with fire and security systems.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- DBS (essential).
- BS7858 (essential).
- Hand tools, power tools, steps, ladders, and PPE.
