Job Title: Fire and Security Small Works Engineer
Location: London, Surrounding Areas and East Anglia
Rate: £220 p/day
We are looking for a FFire and Security Small Works Engineer to carry out fault-finding, replacements, and small works across various sites in London, the surrounding areas, and East Anglia. The work will involve servicing fire alarm systems, including Advanced, Haes, Notifier, and Gent.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Fault-finding, replacements, and small works across various sites.
- Work on open circuits, labelling devices, and adding/replacing devices on fire alarms.
- Work with fire alarm systems such as Advanced, Haes, Notifier, and Gent.
- Complete 600 jobs in total.
- Conduct testing and servicing on both fire and security systems (pure fire or pure security).
Experience required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fire and security systems.
- Experience working with fire alarms, including the mentioned brands.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- DBS certificate (Essential).
- BS7858 vetting (To be started).
- Other qualifications are beneficial.
- Hand tools, fire test equipment, drills, steps and ladders, full PPE.
- Android phone or tablet for completing electronic dockets.
