Fire and Security Service Engineer

£220 p/day
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer to carry out maintenance and servicing tasks on a range of systems including fire alarms, warden call systems, CCTV, door entry systems, and emergency lighting across North Scotland. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience and will be proficient in working with both addressable and conventional systems.
Description of Contract/Programme of Works:
- Perform servicing on fire alarms, electronic security systems (including CCTV, door entry systems), and emergency lighting.
- Inspect and test fire alarms and emergency lighting systems, completing full service reports.
- Ensure that daily dockets are completed and sent back to the client for work completion.
- Service and maintain both addressable and conventional fire alarm systems.
- Engineers with experience in Warden Call and Security systems are essential.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in servicing and maintenance of fire alarms, CCTV, and related systems.
Required Documentation/Certifications/Tooling:
- DBS Certificate (essential within the last 5 years).
- Hand Tools for system servicing.
- Power Tools.
- Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Fire Test Equipment and Smoke Poles.
- Android Device for completing electronic dockets.
