Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Central Belt
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer looking for a new opportunity? Technical Resources are seeking an engineer to carry out service, maintenance, and fault-finding on fire and electronic security systems in the Central Belt region. This role offers a chance to work on a variety of systems and sites, utilising your expertise to deliver top-quality service.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Service and maintenance of fire alarm systems, including addressable and conventional panels.
- Perform PPMs, fault-finding, and call-outs, primarily working with Kentec and Advanced panels.
- Service and maintain electronic security systems, including CCTV, Intruder, and Access Control (beneficial but not essential).
Experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fire and/or electronic security system maintenance.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- Hand tools and power tools.
- Full PPE, steps, and ladders.
- Fire test equipment, smoke poles, and battery testers.
