Role: Fire and Security Project Manager
Location: Scotland
Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 per annum + Car or Car Allowance
Technical Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire and Security Project Manager to join a dynamic team and manage the delivery of commercial fit-out projects in and around the Central Belt in Scotland. This role will be both office and field-based, with the responsibility of overseeing projects up to the value of £1 million.
Responsibilities:
- Managing projects up to the value of £1 million.
- Ensuring materials are on-site and organised.
- Carrying out client meetings and maintaining positive relationships.
- Ensuring projects are on schedule and completed within strict deadlines.
- Liaising with the design team to ensure project specifications are met.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Highly professional individual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a similar project management role.
- A technical background in the Fire & Electronic Security industry.
- Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
