Role: Fire and Security Project Manager
Location: North West England
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Fire and Security Project Manager in the North-West region. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple Fire and Security projects, managing everything from project scope to completion. With responsibility for the project P&L, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects, with individual values of up to £400,000.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project management, from scope through to completion.
- Management of multiple Fire and Security projects, with individual project values up to £400,000.
- Take full responsibility for the project P&L.
- Management of engineering resources and sub-contract labour.
- Complete project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to H&S and CDM regulations.
- Organisation & procurement of parts and equipment.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in Fire and Security or related industries.
- Technical background with CCTV, Intruder, Access Control systems, and Fire Alarms (preferred).
- Technical background with experience in the specified systems.
