Role: Fire and Security Project Manager
Location: Central Belt
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + Bonus
Technical Resources are recruiting for a skilled and experienced Fire and Security Project Manager to join a BAFE-accredited team in the Central Belt. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects in Fire and Security, handling project scopes from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project management, from scope through to completion.
- Manage multiple Fire and Security projects, with individual project values up to £400,000.
- Take full responsibility for the project P&L.
- Management of engineering resources and sub-contract labour.
- Complete project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to H&S and CDM regulations.
- Organisation & procurement of parts and equipment.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in Fire and Security or a related field.
- Technical background with CCTV, Intruder, Access Control systems, and Fire Alarms (preferred).
- Technical background with experience in the specified systems.
