Role: Fire and Security Operations Manager
Location: North West London
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + Company Vehicle
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Fire and Operations Manager to join a well-established fire and security business based in North West London. This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career while managing a motivated team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and motivate operations staff to achieve monthly KPIs.
- Manage a team of service and installation engineers.
- Oversee the performance of staff and contractors, ensuring high standards.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the office team and ensure the business operations run smoothly.
- Work closely with the leadership team to achieve financial targets.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- At least 5 years of experience in the fire and security industry at a management level.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Comfortable with office-based work, Monday to Friday.
- ECS/CSCS card (desirable).
