Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Reading
Rate: £220 p/day
Are you looking for a Fire and Security Service Engineer position in the Reading area? You will be responsible for routine service and maintenance, along with fault finding on fire alarms, emergency lighting, and extinguishers across various sites, including care homes and commercial premises.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Carry out routine service and maintenance on fire alarms and emergency lighting systems.
- Sites located in Reading and surrounding areas.
- Work on care homes and commercial premises.
- Perform 3 hours of emergency lighting testing.
- Work with a mixture of industry-standard fire alarm panels.
Experience required:
- Experience in servicing and maintaining fire alarms, emergency lighting, and extinguishers.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- DBS (beneficial).
- Hand tools, power tools, fire test equipment, and steps.
