Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Location: Central Belt, Scotland
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Car / Van + travel time + call out + overtime

Technical Resources have partnered with a global fire and security company who have been established for over 30 years operating through the UK and Scotland. They have successfully provided fire and security solutions to all types of customers and due to expansion they are looking for an experienced fire alarm service engineer to join the team to cover their existing team in Scotland.

Responsibilities:

Carry out routine service, maintenance, and small works on a variety of fire alarm systems
Attend call-outs and carry out fault finding and repairs as required
Install and commission new fire alarm systems
Complete paperwork and reports accurately and efficiently
Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service
Work effectively as part of a team and independently

Requirements:

FIA’s qualification
Gent trained (ideally)
Fgas qualification
Full UK driving license
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills

In return they are offering a salary of up to £35,000 Depending on experience, choice of company car or van which can be used for personal use, travel time paid after 30 minutes, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. You will be part of the on call rota which is 1 week in 6 with a standby of £210 and door to door travel when called out.
