Fire Alarm Installation Engineer in Sheffield

Our client, a well-established fire and security company, is looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Installation Engineer to join their team based in Liverpool. As a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out installation, small works and commissioning of fire alarm systems for a variety of commercial and industrial clients across Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

Job Title: Fire Alarm Installation Engineer
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum + Travel Time + Overtime + Van

Responsibilities:

Installation of fire alarm systems in accordance with British Standards and industry regulations
Carrying out small works, such as upgrades and modifications to existing fire alarm systems
Commissioning of fire alarm systems
Liaising with clients to ensure their fire alarm systems are fully operational and meet their requirements
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
Completion of all relevant paperwork and documentation
Compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer
Knowledge of relevant British Standards and industry regulations
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving license
