Job Title: Data Cabling Engineer
Location: West Midlands
Rate: £165 p/day
Are you looking for a Data Cabling Engineer position in West Midlands? As a Data Cabling Engineer, you will be responsible for 1st and 2nd fixing of CAT6a cabling within a live environment. Customer-facing skills are essential, as you’ll be working in direct contact with clients. You will also be installing small amounts of plastic trunking.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- 1st and 2nd fix of CAT6a cabling within a live environment.
- Install small amounts of plastic trunking.
- Customer-facing interaction is essential.
Experience required:
- Experience with CAT6a terminating.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- CSCS/ECS card (beneficial).
- Standard hand tools and termination tools.
- Drill (beneficial).
- Boots (as PPE requirements are relaxed).
