Role: Associate Resourcer
Location: Addlestone
Salary: £24,000 - £40,000 per annum
Technical Resources are recruiting for an Associate Resourcer to join our growing team based in Addlestone. We are a market-leading recruitment company specialising in Telecoms, IT, and Fire & Security sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual looking to build a career in recruitment with clear training and development plans in place.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with candidates over the telephone to identify and place them into suitable job roles.
- Manage the candidate experience from start to finish, providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
- Source high-quality candidates and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Utilise and update the in-house CRM system in line with company processes.
- Generate candidate interest in job opportunities through various sourcing techniques.
- Provide leads (TSI) and market rates to the delivery team.
- Monitor and track KPIs and results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Entry-level position, no prior experience required.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Prior telesales or sales experience is preferred.
- Driven and competitive nature.
- Interest in recruitment or sales.
- A strong desire to progress and develop within a reputable company.
- Must live within a 5-mile radius of Addlestone, Surrey.
