👔 What team are you in & what do you specialise in?

I am in the internal recruitment team and my role is to identify the next best talent to join us at Technical Resources.

📜 What’s your background, and how did you end up working at Technical Resources?

I have a background in Lettings and agency recruitment which I did for 3 years, which will be helpful in knowing the type of candidates that will do well here. I saw this role as an Internal Recruiter and given my experience and the career path I wanted to go down, it was the perfect fit.

🎉 What attracted you to join the company?

What drew me to Technical Resources was the strong team spirit I felt and the great reputation Technical Resources had within the market. It is a family founded business which I love and they also provide brilliant training and everyone wants each other and the business to succeed.

An interesting fact about me is I used to have bright purple hair when I was 16!
