👋 Meet our Client Services Director, Martine Derry


👔 What team are you in & what do you specialise in?
I work within the Operational Support Team covering all aspects of running the business, and in latter years, overseeing the Finance / Compliance and Payroll Divisions.

📜 Give a brief history about your work & how you got here.
I worked within the Fashion Industry for 18 years managing large regional teams. I then left to look after my daughter. Alan started the business in 2000 and I joined in 2004 as he needed some assistance within the Operational Support Team. I have worked within the business ever since.

There is a constant buzz in recruitment; we are always busy and no day is the same!
