👔 What team are you in & what do you specialise in?

As an Account Solutions Manager specialising in Fire & Security, my primary responsibility involves fostering relationships with both new and existing clients. Collaborating closely with them, to create bespoke recruitment solutions to effectively tackle the labour issues prevalent in the sector.

📜 What’s your background, and how did you end up working at Technical Resources?

With a solid 14-year tenure in the Fire & Security industry, I've served in key roles such as National Accounts Manager and Business Development Manager. During this time, I've worked on numerous major installation projects and managed service contracts, gaining invaluable insights into the challenges our clients encounter. My aim is to closely partner with clients to help them achieve their objectives and meet deadlines efficiently.

I'm particularly drawn to Technical Resources due to its stellar reputation in the industry and its proactive approach to addressing resource challenges. I'm excited to contribute to their mission by leveraging my expertise to support clients and build enduring partnerships. I'm equally thrilled to be part of a company that plays such an active role in its partnership with Centrepoint to address homelessness, a cause that holds deep personal significance for me.

During my free time, I relish my newfound life on the Norfolk Coast, having recently moved from London. I enjoy spending quality time with my daughter and three grandchildren.
