👔 What team are you in & what do you specialise in?
I am the Training & Development Manager for the business. I manage internal recruitment, finding and nurturing the best candidates for Technical Resources. I also manage the training and development plans for new starters and existing employees.

📜 Give a brief history about your work & how you got here.
Quite cliché really, I fell into recruitment and just fell in love with it! I started with no experience at all and was temping and worked my way up mainly through the delivery function of the business and now to Training & Development Manager, which is a role I feel is best suited for me!

🎉 What are the benefits of working at Technical Resources?
We are very money motivated! You will earn commission from as soon as you start. We have industry leading packages and OTE! We hire people with little or no experience. You can take an hour and half lunch break if you go to the gym, (Will have to work later in the evening, which we all do anyway!). Fantastic Quartey events and parties as well as Quarterly, Monthly and Weekly incentives! I love the buzz and team environment, everyone has high ambitions. We want everyone to have an excellent career path and progression. We only promote managers or directors from within!

So… I hate the sound of ripping of fabric and I cannot touch anything velvet. Makes me feel sick.
