📜 What’s your background, and how did you end up working at Technical Resources?

Previously I worked in food retail covering a variety of management positions. After nearly 10 years in this industry, I wanted to try something different and became a Business Support Manager at another recruitment agency. From this role I was able to use my previous management experience to help develop my team, whilst also gaining invaluable knowledge of the recruitment industry. My friend Jordan then spoke to me about the role of Operations Manager here, and I jumped at the opportunity!

I really like and associate with the core values of the business. My passion is about developing people and forging a great team work ethic and I believe there is a great environment to practice this here.

I can juggle, plate spin, and solve a Rubiks Cube. Perhaps I should’ve joined the circus…..
