Role: Small Works Manager
Location: West London
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
Are you a Small Works Manager looking for a challenging role in the North of England? As a Small Works Manager, you will be responsible for running multiple small works projects, managing engineering teams and subcontractors, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and safely. You will also oversee project P&L, create RAMS, and maintain complete project documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple ongoing small works projects, up to £50,000 per project
- P&L responsibility for projects under your control
- Oversee engineering teams and subcontract labour
- Ensure accurate project documentation
- Create and maintain RAMS for all projects
Experience and Certifications Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven background in delivering projects with experience across Fire & Life Safety
- Ideally, also experience in Intruder, CCTV & Access Control
