Job Title: Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Location: Essex
Rate: £230 p/day
Are you a Fire Alarm Service Engineer available for a long-term contract covering the Birmingham region? We’re recruiting for an experienced engineer to carry out servicing and remedial works across multiple commercial sites. This role involves PPMs, breakdowns and remedials on both addressable and conventional open protocol fire alarm systems. You’ll need to be confident working independently and delivering high standards across service visits.
Description of contract/programme of works:
● Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on fire alarm systems
● Remedial works following inspections
● Fault-finding and breakdown response
● Working on addressable and conventional open protocol systems
Experience required:
● A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the fire alarm sector
● Strong experience servicing addressable and conventional systems
● Proven fault-finding and remedial experience
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
● Valid DBS certificate
● Asbestos Awareness certification
● Relevant ECS/CSCS card
● Own tools
